DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

(Orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)

1. Standard Delivery: £2.95 (FREE on every order when you spend £30) Delivered within 3-5 working days.

2. Next Day Delivery: £5.50 
Dispatched same day and delivery the following working day for orders placed before 2pm.

 3. Local Free Pick Up 

If you are living within Coventry and do not want to pay for delivery, you can pick your item(s) up.

 

Liability

lips Cosmetics does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all responsibility for the goods.

Distribution and Reception

You ( the customer ) need to ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses, please ensure to double check your full address entered.

Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements.
